JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms of Use are subject to Spanish legislation. Under the provisions set out in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, approving the consolidated text of the General Act for Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, the parties submit to the Courts of the User's residence.

Under the provisions established in Directive 2013/11/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2013 on alternative dispute resolution for consumer disputes and Regulation 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 21 May 2013, on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes, we hereby inform all Users that they may make their consumer claims and complaints through the online dispute-resolution platform which they can access at the following link http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
