Purchasing Process

Once your purchase is completed, after choosing your desired products, completing the checkout process and making your payment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail at the address indicated proving that the transaction was successfully completed.

In case you do not receive this e-mail and have doubts whether your purchase was successful or not, please contact us at [email protected] and we will be happy to help you.

Orders

Once your order is received, it will be processed in the most diligent way possible to meet the deadlines according to the chosen shipping method. Once the shipment leaves for its destination, you will receive a notification via sms from the corresponding courier company providing you with information about the delivery. If the shipment does not arrive on time or if you have any doubts about the status of your order, please contact us at [email protected].

Any Customs costs associated with the delivery of the order, particularly in the case of orders outside the European Union, shall be borne by the customer.

Returns and Exchanges

a) Shipments

Once the Shipping Confirmation has been sent, the Products will be delivered to the address indicated by the User when placing the Order within approximately one to seven (1-7) working days, excluding Saturdays and holidays, counting from the day of purchase. We work hard to ensure that you receive your MR.BOHO products as soon as possible and in the best condition. In case you have any doubts about the status of your order we give you the option to contact us at the following email address [email protected].

During the BLACK FRIDAY campaign this period may be extended due to the high volume of orders.

b) Changes

If the MR.BOHO product you receive does not completely meet your expectations and you want to exchange it for another one, please contact us at this email address [email protected]through which our customer service team will inform and advise you to solve it as soon as possible. The deadline to proceed with the change is 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the purchase. Exceptionally, purchases made from 24/11/2023 and until 01/01/2024, will have an extended exchange period until 15/01/2024.

The Exchange process is free of charge for the customer.

c) Returns

If the MR.BOHO product you receive is not what you expected or as you expected and your final decision is to return the product, in this case you can do it in a quick and easy way through these links depending on the language that best suits your needs:

In the case of Returns, the return shipping costs to our Warehouse must be borne by the customer and will be deducted directly from the amount to be returned upon completion of the process. The applicable charges depend on the destination of the order and are differentiated in two zones:

Spain - 4,50 €.

International - 12,00 € 12,00
